Pros
Great vision: The Autonomous Digital Plant. WOW! Some pockets of leadership know what they are doing and are genuine with their intentions, others? NOT. Competitive pay, camaraderie.
Cons
Goodness! The vision was primarily stitched together with acquistions, and with that comes a lot of politics, messiness, lack of clarity, sabotage, and survival focus. Not a good time to be there, maybe in 2-3 years if they are able to pull it off in the end.
