Pros

Good range of products but they are trying to mix them all in one basket creating a big mess

Cons

I’ve been working with the company for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite the company’s claims of having strong ethical standards, a code of conduct, and transparency in HR practices, the reality is quite different. When it comes to HR, the company often fails to follow through on its promises. They do not offer salary increases that reflect inflation, which means that employees' purchasing power continues to diminish. European managers also engage in underhanded tactics, often playing behind employees’ backs in a way that feels manipulative and unfair. It's a stark contrast to the ethical statements they tout. On the strategic side, the European management team seems completely out of touch with the real world. The company continues to rely on outdated marketing slides from years ago, created by consultants, with no understanding of the current market conditions or the company’s actual challenges. This leads to a lack of direction and confusion among European employees, who are left trying to navigate a chaotic and inconsistent strategy. Most employees in Europe are completely in the dark about the company’s plans, and there is a severe lack of clear communication from the management. It feels as though the decisions are being made by people who are disconnected from the realities on the ground.
