Pros
My experience with Hexaware was disappointing. I joined with high expectations, but there was no confirmed project despite hiring aggressively. I spent nearly two months on the bench, and instead of being given an opportunity or proper support, I was simply asked to leave. Job security is extremely unstable — hiring happens without project availability, followed by quick release of employees when projects don’t materialize. New joiners are kept idle, not guided, and receive no clarity about their future role. Bench resource management is poor, communication is weak, and growth is uncertain. Candidates should verify project allocation and long-term stability before accepting an offer. Not recommended if you are looking for job security or proper career development.
Cons
Hiring is done without confirmed projects New joiners are placed on bench for long periods Very poor bench/resource management No proper communication or clarity on roles Sudden release/termination if no project is available No long-term job security Career growth is uncertain while on bench Opportunities are not provided even after waiting Planning and forecasting of resource requirements is weak Employees feel unsupported and undervalued
