Pros
It's difficult to find pros to list other than "it's an employer". The amount of training required per year is reasonable?
Cons
Glassdoors tag line is "find a company to love that loves you back". Hexaware is a company that does NOT embody this. Their talent arm (HR, engagement staffing) implements a random, and callous, approach to decision making. While I've worked here, the bench policy has moved from 1 month, to 1 day, with no announcement, warning, or consideration given. If you work here, you will always be one step away from being let go. If your engagement ends, and the bench policy is in one of it's low points, you'll be in an impossible situation where a company needs to need you, vet you, and hire you in a matter of days, which simply isnt possible.
