Low pay Co-workers and management are usually lazy. Not a great place if you want to develop a career, you will be a location manager max, on the other hand, if you want to go to a place get paid and not get stressed it would be great for you (I've seen co-workers watching netflix with headphones when arriving to my shift).

Supportive management, good vision, given autonomy and independence if judged competence.

Relatively small company making career progression difficult. Salaries poor but reflect the health and fitness industry generally.
