Office hours monday to friday shifts are usually from 7 00-14 00 or 12 00-20 00. Flexibility
Cons
Low pay Co-workers and management are usually lazy. Not a great place if you want to develop a career, you will be a location manager max, on the other hand, if you want to go to a place get paid and not get stressed it would be great for you (I've seen co-workers watching netflix with headphones when arriving to my shift).
