      Ability to help people. Encouraged to be creative, use own kills to enhance education for patients. Non-profit has lower pay but great benefits

      Cons

      Not enough government support-millions available for new programs-no additional supports for existing programs. Could help High Point to increase salaries if anyone in govt. is listening out there!

      Started out with an amazing family oriented, supportive clinical and admin team! Learned so much about patient care and S:A

      Cons

      high turnover in staff, management constantly changing which often changes staff rapport and dynamics in with in the programs. Inconsistent policy and procedures enforced, causing stress for patients and staff.
