Pros

Some great coworkers, fully remote

Cons

Dangerously incompetent leadership. You will be punished for questioning the delusions of management. Intense cliquiness and favoritism. Severe pay inequity. The "software" is an embarrassment and will not land in the market. This company is on a downward spiral - stay away.

Pros

- I get to work with very smart people in a flexible work environment. I control my own schedule to get what I need to get done, done. - Everybody is always looking for better ways of doing things. The team really wants to win. - When I want to get something done, I can ship it or publish instantly - no red tape of bigger companies. Things move fast so I don't get held up and I can maximize my impact.

Cons

There is a ton of change. Like a lot. It is great that we are always improving but it does make things harder to track. We are also in the middle of a software transformation which takes time and adds more complexity to my day job.
