Pros
Awesome benefits from the corporate office, but don't expect to ever be able to use the discounted rooms anywhere you'd actually like to go.
Cons
-$200+/mo health insurance (that was originally only $30/mo) -Management is a contest to see who can make the owner feel the best, not who is best for the position (and it shows) -Be prepared to have all of your ideas stolen and marketed as "their" ideas -Work 6+ nights for several months and get shown no appreciation -Management consistently ignores issues brought to their attention until you are forced to make a formal, written complaint, and then act as if you've never brought the issue to their attention before, -No backbone or boundaries from management; they consistently do not stand behind their employees (despite saying that they do) -Do not post job advancement opportunities internally and always hire from outside, -Will fire you for speaking up against them instead of having an open discussion and trying to resolve issues, -Pay off guests to leave good reviews and ask their staff to leave good reviews on third-party websites anonymously -Perfectly willing to charge employees to try and make up for lost revenue from what they do not want to charge guests for.
