      Pros

      There is some good employees with good attitude.

      Cons

      If you are a good employee that respect the rules and don't accept any abuse from management or other employees.. management will feel "threaten" and will fire you a few days before the 3 months probation with a "not a fit for the job" reason. Even when asking for a reason, their answer would be "this is just to let you know of your termination".
