Pros
In the beginning I had a great time getting to know the workers and guests. It was my first job and I did everything I could to go above and beyond. It is very rewarding at times, but when you have an upset guest you really have to know how to handle a serious situation at anytime.
Cons
There is a lot of new information thrown at you all at once and it is very overwhelming. It is a very minute to minute basis,one minute everything is calm and the next it is absolutely crazy. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with the job. For people who enjoy situations like this, it is a fun job.
