Pros
The Hilton was close to where I live. I enjoyed working for the Hilton Brand. The Hotel had the makings of a place with great stature in the community.
Cons
There was a problem with the chain of command. Executive management not very professional or supportive. There was no HR representation or no person to go to with a problem. I worked there a couple of years back and I can only imagine that things have gotten progressively worse. There was always conflicting direction given by management which it made it hard for professional to do the right thing. Employee turnover rate was terrible and to me should be the first clue that there is something wrong. On the bright side the owners were very nice and personal but do not have all the information on how their investment is being managed.
