Pros
No micromanaging, can do work at your own pace unless super busy.
Cons
Only person on staff. Felt rushed just using the bathroom because a guest would be waiting to check in or out. Have to run extra blankets, towels, etc up to rooms. Had to fix any room maintenance issues. Was not invited or apart of any daytime staff extras.
