Pros
Was a great place MANY years ago, Management was supportive, helpful, Felt the appreciation of all the hard work. Was fun even on the busiest of times. Social times with staff was always exciting and fun. Key word is WAS.
Cons
As management changed often so did the quality of support encouragement and appreciation after MANY years of employment. In the end I was just a number easily replaced and very undervalued when I decided to leave.
