strong values lived by everyone it was great but becoming average flexible hybrid working autonomy have handled the pandemic proactively in terms of their people
Cons
invest in technology, salaries aligned to market medians, we're a top tier insurer to attract top tier talent to reflect the brand pay your people better, benefits are archaic, a sabbatical after 10 years and a wine hamper at Xmas is lovely for the gen x and earlier millennials but not enough to attract gen z's and millennials, hopefully a change in leadership will improve this
