Wonderful mission to teach and promote preservation, flexible working schedule, the BEST supporters and partners
Cons
The organization had lots of growth quickly mixed with the complications of COVID - pivot became a large part of the vocabulary, which can be frustrating and overwhelming. But I have never seen a more passionate group of people willing to do what needed to be done.
