Pros

Somewhat flexible work schedules Some of the employees are very sweet

Cons

Absolutely no structured training You only get enough information to function at the bare minimum, you pretty much have to figure everything out on your own or find the right person to ask Pay is mediocre Benefits are horrible Management is absolutely clueless If you are not a family member or part of the "in crew" you are not treated fairly No true support from management on anything, everything is pushed to the side until it becomes a huge problem You opinions or thought only matter if they are the same as management...no true respect for different perspectives or opinions. They are literally robbing people blind under the pretense of being a "Christian" based company Just overall unprofessional

You are correct that we needed to improve our training program and communication between management and employees. We built a training room in our Operations Center and implemented new onboarding and training programs to empower our employees. We have received rave reviews and the results show in productivity. We have also added monthly team reviews with both management and the owners to hear from employees and set clear expectations. HIVE continues to grow and is eager to hear feedback, good and bad, so we can get better. It is my hope that you will contact me at adams@hiverevenue.com to set up a time to talk through your experience here. Pros

First off - the employee-management communication level is awesome. I love being able to talk to management and have them actually listen and care. I feel as if most business don't have that much support for their employees; but here, management really does take into account what you have to say, and always has some great feedback to offer. On top of onsite management being top notch, how many people in a company can say that they are/have been actually trained by the CIO? Not many, I can tell you that. It's so great to be able to talk so freely to the owners/upper management and have them show you the ropes and help out on things that someone may need help with. My next favorite thing would probably be the people I work with. Everyone is very laid-back and no one causes any problems. It can be quiet at times, but that's because everyone is dedicated to his or her work. Finally the office itself is great. It's been remodeled to a more spacious floor plan, so while you may have someone in close-ish proximity, you have the privacy needed to make business calls, or attend online meetings without disturbing anyone around you. This is a fantastic place to work, and I encourage anyone interested to apply!

Cons

With any business in the process of scaling up, there can be some growing pains, but it's just part of the process.
