Pros
The only two things I liked were their inclusivity of different religions and abilities, and the fact that they have nice chairs.
Cons
- Very low salary compared to other tech companies in the region. - The worst management ever, feels like a circus - you're juggling tasks with unrealistic deadlines, zero support, unclear priorities, constant chaos, and last-minute changes. All while management watches from the sidelines with no real direction. - They hire tech leaders who don't even have the minimum knowledge, professionalism, or even morals and work ethics. - You're forced to work till the end of the day as overtime to finish multiple tasks that should normally take days for very little to no compensation. Even though it's the manager's fault, the developers are the ones who suffer. - Everything is a scam, not a perk tricking you to stay in the company longer with a very minimum salary and constant burnout in exchange for one or two social gatherings a year, a tiny portion of breakfast, and useless insurance. - The worst place ever for career growth - most tasks are repetitive, boring, and require zero creativity. - No work-life balance by any means - sometimes they call you right after finishing your work to force you to continue working, even when you've completed your tasks for the day. - They always prioritize their business interests over employees' health and well-being - sometimes they refuse to grant you days off or allow you to work from home, even when you're severely sick. - Employee concerns are ignored, allowing toxic leadership and other problems to thrive. - Your hard work is never appreciated, you’re being treated unfairly, and every day is another reason to quit and look for a better company. I strongly do not recommend working for this company full of toxicity unless you like to be mistreated, overworked, and underpaid.
