- Low salaries compared to the market. - Overtime work is paid but often extends for many hours (4+ hours). - Difficult to request off days; management always demands a valid reason to approve them. - Focus on delivering apps with tight deadlines, often requiring over five features per week, which leads to poor code quality and frequent bugs. - The HR department lacks IT knowledge and treats developers like regular employees, creating policies unsuitable for this type of job. - The work environment is stressful and unhealthy. - Management lacks experience in scaling the business and making effective decisions. - Employees may receive work calls on off days and weekends, and refusal to comply can result in salary deductions as punishment.

Very bad managent CEO has many issues in managing teams No hirerachy of teams Everything and every decision must go through the CEO/owner tech leads, CTO Team leader also don’t listen to team members Advice to Management Learn how to manage teams with different experience levels. Try to be honest and listen to your team members
