Pros
Where do I even start, honestly? This job has genuinely saved me. The way they have treated me since I started, even with the team growing and changing, has unravelled so much harm that past employers have done. They have restored my faith in being in the workforce overall. The Hnry team live our culture and values every day; I love knowing that these are the people I get to interact with on a daily basis. But unlike with a lot of jobs, the team is not the ONLY thing that makes me excited for work. I have a role that stimulates my brain, where I get to help people every day, and continue learning myself. I have managers that genuinely care about my progression within the company, and not just ticking boxes. Feedback is reasonable and actionable, and I feel respected in the way it's delivered. When you're stressed or struggling, with work - or even health scares in my family - I've seen nothing less than support, reassurance, and kindness. Someone is always there to jump in and do what they can to make sure I'm okay. If I sound like a Hnry fangirl, it's because I am!
Cons
There are no cons I can name, because when something pops up that we're unsure about or is potentially not working, we have a voice to let our Leadership team know, without fear of repercussions. (This is not something I have experienced with ANY other company in my working life.)
