Pros
You'll get to work with fantastic colleagues; there is an emphasis on the type of people hired, and generally speaking, the people you'll interact with on a day-to-day basis are going to be great, and you will enjoy working with them.
Cons
Constantly changing priorities & team structures lead to a lot of wasted time & effort. They hired too fast without putting the systems in place to handle the influx of people, not to mention other changes in how work is done, leading to bottlenecks and general dysfunction. They are not a people-focused company despite appearances; you're just a warm body at the end of the day, but that's most workplaces.
