Pros

Some of the best reasons when I was here was the flexibility, work environment and overall culture. Really took me in as one of their own and trained me until I was able to handle items on my own. I came from the internship program and I felt like that prepared me for full time work. I was challenged by people who was in my shoes before and they helped mold me and my career. I owe them a lot.
