This is a family-run business. If you work here, you are part of the family. It is not a corporate environment. Every person's input matters. You will never do the same thing over and over again. You will use a lot of the skills that you ask "why did I learn this in school." You are able to see what you are doing impact the world around you, whether that is for commercial or military projects. You learn every day. I have learned contract language, government projects, commercial projects, range policies, and many more, even balancing tires. I am more fulfilled here than I have been at any other place.
