      Pros

      Constantly changing stuff rolling thru, good people, decent benefits package, get to see things many people never will. Small, family run business, definitely has some perks. Incredible area to work in.

      Cons

      Rough road, eh, it's Nevada though. A lot of tribal knowledge you're expected to know, but don't plan on having anyone train you on anything you do or help you get up to speed, other than the guys down in the trenches doing the work. Feedback from management is minimal at best, communication is abysmal, as is some of the ancient software. Stirring the pot is frowned upon as it costs money to update so unless you're bringing in money, other stuff will get overlooked.
