Work/life balance, collaboration between all offices, friendly atmosphere, employee appreciation

Communication of expectations, training in certain areas is lacking

Benefits, shortened work week in off season

Doesn't treat women equal to men, promotes unqualified individuals, cares more about money than clients or staff, very unclear with expectations. Clients have stated they feel "like cattle being pushed through a lot." Work environment is very toxic. I quit voluntarily and it was the best decision I ever made. If I could give zero stars, I would.
