      See all the PROS from the recent 5 star reviews. Believe the ones you want, as this appears to clearly be the doings of an HR dept. The company had three 1 star reviews in the history of this website, then over three weeks time they just so happen to get four glowing reviews right before the hiring squeeze of tax season. All reviews essentially regurgitating the same thing. C'mon now.

      If you want true picture of this company, go to the 1 star reviews from past couple years. They paint the ACTUAL picture. They come from actual former employees who have been burned badly by this company. Learn from them. Ever heard of tone at the top? It's essential for a good working environment. Well the tone at this place is pure GREED. You will be overworked and underpaid so a few people can get rich. And it has no end at this place; that next dollar is always more important than the last. This is review for potential employees, but I would warn potential clients to be even more wary. The quality of the product coming out the door is extremely questionable (even though you will be paying top dollar for it).

Our employees are happy, thriving and loving the changes our company has made throughout the years to put the employees 1st and give them the work-life balance they need. Our benefits, compensation , and work life balance are the best of the best for the area.

      I felt obliged to share this review after the string of blatantly fake reviews that have been posted in a sad pathetic attempt to turn around their reputation. Wages are extremely uncompetitive. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you choose to work here. Go work for any other firm

It appears the person creating 1 star reviews is the same person, please consider disregarding what this poster is sharing and consider what our employees are sharing after having their annual reviews in January.       Not a good employer

      Pros

      If you like working in an office alone with nobody around you, this would be good.

      Cons

      They do not train their employees. I got laid off a week after tax season ended after working 3 months of 60 hours a week. They had no shame in doing this.
