Cares about their employee. They host two parties a year, Employee lunch almost every month. They care about their employees' families. When I worked there, I got a lot of growth opportunities. I learned a lot of different jobs.

Some Negative attitudes but it was not constant.

It's a job and you can get adequate training.

Low pay, low accountability from upper management/owners. All around negative attitude from a lot of the people who are higher up the food chain in this company.
