      Nearly 60 Years in Business and Still Trying to Find Themselves

      Pros

      A lot of great coworkers. If you’re already working here and smart you can use this as a stepping stone to level up somewhere else.

      Cons

      Constantly playing catch up with competitors because of slow innovation. Businesss seems to be going through a mid life crisis. Ownership can’t seem to find direction. They are not willing to pay the right people to do the hard work. Pay is way below average.

      Pros

      Cares about their employee. They host two parties a year, Employee lunch almost every month. They care about their employees' families. When I worked there, I got a lot of growth opportunities. I learned a lot of different jobs.

      Some Negative attitudes but it was not constant.
