Pros

Holiday Vacations exhibits a very family-like atmosphere. It is easy and comfortable reaching out to other departments for advise and help. Human resources and upper management makes your well-being a priority and is accommodating of family emergencies, appointments, etc. It is incredible knowing you matter and are not just another number. Beyond the work environment, you are part of a team making dreams come true daily. Our guests are some of the best in the business and it makes walking through those doors every day worthwile.

Cons

Not all positions include the ability to travel.

Pros

A free trip every couple years to a place you didn’t choose.

Cons

There is micromanagement and a low level of trust. They overwork employees to the point of burnout “dangle the carrot” of travel and exploit their employees’ wanderlust as an excuse to offer poor wages and benefits. Make promises of a big end of year bonus, which is unreliable and often disappointing. Managers are very cold and disingenuous. Very much feels like an old boys club with big brother looking over your shoulder. Staunchly conservative leadership - act like they care about you but all that really matters is the bottom line. No regard for employee quality of life. If you’re considering a job here because you love to travel, I suggest taking a higher paying job and traveling on our own time instead.
