Pros
Brilliant work ethic, fantastic environment, amazing culture and people, new management has a great attitude! One of the best companies I have worked for.
Cons
Still some dead wood hanging around that dont work. Pay is good but not amazing across all levels. You can get lost in the mould with career planning unless you push it.
