      Depending on the team you're working with the experience could be different. Ok pay and training. Good career path opportunities.

      Cons

      Not inclusive or diverse. You're treated like a number not a human. No work life balance. Micro managed and result focused rather than focusing on customer experience.

      Very nice executives based on my interaction with them.

      Cons

      Their program wasn't well planned out, but that was their first year doing it and I think they have improved ever since.
