The culture at Hollis has been very welcoming. The support from both management and team members has been great. My manager even has one to ones with the team every week where we can discuss how we are getting on, both in and out of work and is very understanding. If we have concerns or problems, they will work with you to find a solution. After just over a year working at Hollis, I had the opportunity to progress into a new role which was tailored to my experience and skills and this was a role I wanted to be at, so from personal experience developement and progression exists. There is an emphasis on wellbeing & mental health and I feel Hollis do a great job at supporting and offering supportive measures for this. The salary is competitive and when I was discussing this during the inital stages, I was able to put forward what I thought was acceptable for my experience & skills and this was met with no hassle or pushbacks.
