      Pros

      401k Employee Contribution Match, Hollman Tuition Program, Quarterly Outings for team building with our Vendors and so much more. I worked in the Corporate world for many many years and have never had a Company give back the way Hollman does to me the Employee and in trusting me to succeed and move up.

The CEO has an open-door policy, genuinely listens to employee feedback, and is dedicated to building a stronger company and a positive workplace culture.

      Cons

      Set, traditional business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.) offer structure but limited flexibility, which can be challenging when coordinating personal or family commitments.
