      Company that has a health team atmosphere and allows you to provide input to the decision making. Company provides a variety of task regarding operation and a high level of customer service

      Do have Seasonally long hour in the spring being a Agricultural business dealing with farmers

      Pros

      OK salary and some of the people were OK.

      Cons

      Company not focused on safety. I left because I felt it was a little dangerous in the yard. Also, it's a family business which means unless you are family the owner isn't going to promote you.

      Micromanagement from upper staff, poor communication among supervisors and locations. Pay could be better
