The discussions we have are robust and forward thinking, and I don't think I could find such an impressive and visionary team working at another company.

Startups can be hectic, not everything is as well polished as compared to a traditional organization. This is to be expected though, and it gives people a way to make iterative suggestions to improve systems and processes. I've worked for other startups and can say hands down Holo is multiple factors above others in all facets.
