      Pros

      work with wonderful people.... except the executive team who laid off 1/3 of the organization with zero warning and a laughable severance.

      Cons

      they will chew you up and spit you out as soon as they get what they need out of you with NO warning. Supposed cultural values sound promising and are adhered to by everyone EXCEPT those making the big decisions. Don't get caught up in this cult like environment. It is all purely for the benefit of those in charge. Supposed to be non-hierarchal. HAH!

      Terrible Experience

      Pros

      - The idea behind the project is excellent - The founders are very nice people - The company are fair with salary

      Cons

      - Middle management is absolutely toxic - People Operations has less to do with people, and more to do with gossiping about people in the company - The entire project has become chaotic - Expectation to 'wear several hats' means that you will be put to work doing anything and everything, then criticized even though you are not working in the role that you were hired for! - If you are not a fake person and in the 'gossip clique', as stated by another employee, you will be subject to jumped up idiots on a huge power trip every day, which is very tiring
