Without a doubt the worst place I've ever worked. Passive-aggressive management consistently makes absurd demands and loses their rag when the impossible isn't delivered.
Despite the high pressure environment, the commission structure seems to have been designed to be as demotivating and unachievable as possible so there's not even any real reward for hard work.
Team churn as new team members quickly realise what they've got themselves into and leave, which creates a constant feeling of instability.
