Everyone works together, teams can reach out to other teams for assistance. Great place to work.

Cons

Always changing due to Aged Care changes-unavoidable due to nature of business. Reliant on government information which can take additional time.

1) Location of office is good 2) Good CEO, very lively and nice guy.

Cons

1) No culture, they put all sales people in one room upstairs away from the team 2) Commission is a scam, you don't get paid till you get the company 20 deals PER MONTH which is unrealistic, OTE = base pay at this place (23k) 3) bad training, they only focus on numbers but won't help you develop as a person 4) 5 days a week in office by force or you get fired 5) zero care for your mental wellbeing.
