Offer many other vendor services including mortgage financing, inspections, cleaning, home repair and systems review. Very knowledgeable brokers. Easily beat smaller brokerages and many larger brokerages as well.
Cons
As the office continues to get bigger, more brokers are becoming aligned with the brand and office. Your attempts to stand out from all the brokers can be a hard process since you are up against all brokers in the Chicago market. The public market still does not know that much about HomeSmart even though they are succeeding wherever they go. Like other brokerages, you are self employed so benefits are at you cost, but office can provide contacts and other vendors to assist the brokers.
