Cons
Unfortunately, since the new leadership team took over about six months ago, the company’s direction has gone downhill. The new C-suite seems inexperienced in managing an organization of this size and has made a series of poor decisions—often shifting blame onto their teams instead of taking accountability.
It’s especially disappointing because the previous leadership team was strong, cared about their people, and had a clear, positive vision for the company. Many talented employees have already left, and I imagine others are trying to plan their exit. The work environment has become stressful and unsupportive, which takes a toll on mental health.
The founders built a wonderful product with incredible potential, but it’s disheartening to see it in its current state. It feels like major decisions are being driven by someone other than the leaders themselves.
