Pros
One hundred percent support all the way around from the managers to the underwriters and loan officers. As one of my coworkers said, it takes team work to make the dream work. OT is not mandatory and family/work life balance is really the best. If you do want the OT, it's available during the week and/or weekends depending on what fits your schedule.
Cons
The pay is not exactly competitive for the industry and the health insurance is okay. The growth opportunities are somewhat stifled since everyone is really busy just trying to close and adjust to last minute changes.
