Pros
I have been at Hometime for over 2 years and really enjoy working there. They have been very open about where the company is headed particularly through covid. I have had a few different roles in my time and have enjoyed the opportunity to try new things and get different experiences.
Cons
It has been harder to connect with my teammates now that we are fully remote.
