Good training experience for entry level applicants.

No procedural training primarily trial and error. Excessive nepotism. Multiple managers with separate or independent views and management styles. Lack of communication departmentally and within the entire facility. Lack of consistency, communication, team effort/approach and minimal employee morale, constant technical system crashes, parking on separate business property without any security available, rodent concerns, no locks for personal items/property etc.
