Pros

Great pay and benefits but management ran this company so poorly that they had massive layoffs. You’ll be next if you go here.

Cons

Poor leadership. Those who ran the company in the ground kept their jobs while others lost theirs. They use we are a startup constantly as a reason for the constant mistakes and failures but at some point you need to own up to the fact that your leadership is to blame. Don’t be fooled by their positive google rating. They pay people to remove their negative reviews. This company won’t be around long so don’t waste your time. The only reason they are even still around now is they are continuing to outsource all non-customer facing roles to India because of the cheap labor and number of hours they will work each day.

We did make the difficult decision to lay off a portion of our workforce in August due to current economic conditions and longer-term uncertainty in the economy. We’ve also taken action on open feedback provided to us and the Senior Leadership team on improving, and though change doesn’t always take place overnight, we strive to not just listen to our employees, but implement those action items.
