Pros

Fun, consistent work, laid back, mostly nice customers

Cons

Management doesn't care about service department. Doesn't like new ideas that don't align with exactly what they think is best even if it would help. Commissions aren't paid appropriately and other service team member is able to change things so they get paid for it without you knowing. HR is very rude.

Pros

Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
