      Pros

      Honda has a fantastic benefits package and great vacation time. They treat their employees well. I had a great, friendly relationship with the other individuals on my team.

      Cons

      This location is in the middle of nowhere, far from any large city. I found it difficult to earn respect from my Japanese counterparts.

      Pros

      Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
