      Pros

      Good pay! Great benefits! Stable work environment! Job security! NO UNION!!! Plenty of opportunities for overtime(whether you want it or not)!!

      Cons

      The alternating shifts is by far THE WORST thing about HMA!! Two weeks on first shift alternating with two weeks on nights! And then alternating 3 shifts in some parts of the plant. The added daily overtime is tough for a lot of associates, but cherished by others! Added Saturday production days are pretty tough too! And the production Saturday nights are awful!! So the work/life balance is pretty much lopsided!

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
