Pros
Not a huge crowd, so it becomes very easy to figure out who is genuine and who is completely fake.
Cons
- Fake people everywhere. You will find plenty here! - Employees put on fake smile in front of customers and pretend to be professional and respectful, but the second those customers leave, the insults and trash talking immediately begin like those people are the worst human beings alive! - The same behavior happens with management and even with coworkers. - Nobody feels genuine, and the atmosphere becomes filled with backstabbing, fake attitudes, and constant negativity!
