Managers are bullies and gaslighters. Very toxic behaviour, you’re not respected. Higher ups don’t care about employees or workload. Expect to be degraded, demeaned and blatantly disrespected and constantly threatened. Whatever you do, don't stand up for anything you believe in. They really don't want to hear it. Don't apply here if you ever want to be happy in the workplace.
