Pros
I love my team and the people I get to work with. They are really good at what they do. We were a cool company.
Cons
The recent leadership hires and decisions have been the WORST. It's so obvious they only there for personal gain. They're not bringing over people they previously worked with (I wonder why not). They are in charge of people without having appropriate experience or RESPECT. Teams that didn't need to be split up have been split up, and are now reporting to people they should not be reporting to. The leaders that made this place a good place to come to every day are GONE. This is a GIANT step back and nobody believes it was for the better of the company.
